Two Page Birthday Scrapbook Page Featuring Circles

Here is a way to use Stampin' Up! punches as a border.  Borders are nice elements to add to any scrapbboking page and in this layout I used circle punches to create a fun and whimsical border for each page.

Stamps:  Party Hearty, Sketch a Party
Ink:  Concord Crush, Tempting Turquoise, Daffodil Delight, Real Red
Cardstock:  Real Red, Whisper White, Daffodil Delight, Tempting Turquoise, Concord Crush
Accessories:  Dimensionals, Sticky Strip, Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch, 1 3/4" Circle Punch, 2 3/8" Scallop Punch, 3/4" Circle punch, 1 3/8 Circle Punch, 1 1/4" Circle Punch, Round Tab Punch, 2 1/2" Circle Punch, SNAIL
